purpose
Suitable for dust removal and material recycling in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, light industry, and wood. It has a simple structure, small size, easy installation, and simple maintenance. It can be directly placed in rooms for dust removal, and the exhaust system can be pre installed with high-efficiency filters according to user requirements.
Working principle
The dusty gas enters the box and is filtered by a flat bag filter. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag. It is sucked in by the fan and directly discharged into the room (or connected to the outside). As the filtration time increases, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag also increases, and the resistance of the filter bag also increases accordingly, which affects the dust removal effect. Therefore, a self controlled dust cleaning mechanism is used for timed vibration cleaning, or a manually controlled dust cleaning mechanism is used to automatically vibrate for tens of seconds after stopping the machine, so that the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off, and the dust that falls into the dust collection container (drawer) is manually pulled out and removed.

Widely used in the casting industry, ceramic industry, glass industry, refractory materials, cement building materials, grinding wheel manufacturing, chemical products, mechanical processing and other industries for dust removal. This product is suitable for heavy metal chips, casting sand such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, grinding machines, polishing machines, etc., as well as medium density dust such as cement, ceramic powder, gypsum powder, asbestos powder, carbon powder, pigments, bakelite powder, plastic powder, etc. As well as non fibrous dust with a lower specific gravity, the unit has good dust removal effect, with a dust removal efficiency of over 99.5%.
